讲座摘要:
In this lecture we will first be looking at UK’s general housing market in the past few years, particularly its ups and downs during and after the financial crisis. We will be examining what the stakeholders have been doing in this market, from the UK government to international buyers. Then we will spend some time looking at London’s housing market, because London is in a very unique position within the UK and for a great deal of time its housing market performance deviates from the rest of UK quite dramatically. Lastly there will be a case study focusing on a well-known, but low-profile high-end property and see what this property reveals about London’s housing market.
